At Print & Prosper, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policies based on the type of product purchased:

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., planners, templates, 3D print files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered.

2. Subscription Services

Our Automoderator Bot subscription is billed monthly.

• You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

• Payments already processed are non-refundable.

• Refunds may only be granted in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors.

3. Physical Goods (future offerings)

For eligible physical products (e.g., 3D-printed tools):

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be provided in cases where:

• An item was damaged during shipping.

• The wrong item was received.

• A billing error occurred.
