Return Policy.

At Print & Prosper, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policies based on the type of product purchased:
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., planners, templates, 3D print files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered.
2. Subscription Services
Our Automoderator Bot subscription is billed monthly.
You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be granted in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors.
3. Physical Goods (future offerings)
For eligible physical products (e.g., 3D-printed tools):
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be provided in cases where:
An item was damaged during shipping.
The wrong item was received.
A billing error occurred.
